Appetite reads a broker's scenario against published lender policy and comes
back with who will actually take it. When your lender is on that answer, a listed BDM is
someone the broker can go to directly — you, by name, rather than a shared inbox or a
switchboard. Routing follows the states you service and the divisions you write, so what
reaches you is a deal in your patch, not a mailout.
There is no cost and nothing to sign. You are not buying leads and we
are not selling them: a broker decides, deal by deal, whether to send one your way, and
nothing reaches you unless they do. You can change your details or leave the directory
whenever you like.
How it works
1You send the details below. Somebody here checks
that they belong to the lender you named.
2Once your account is approved you get a portal
where you keep your contact details and coverage current, send us the documents that keep
your lender's representation accurate, and propose a correction where something has
moved.
3A broker with a matching deal can then choose to
release it to you. You see that deal only — never the broker's other options, and
never their client's identity unless the broker chooses to share it.
