A client asks whether the bank will fund something, and you would rather not guess. Describe the situation here the way you would describe it to a colleague. Appetite reads it against published lender policy and comes back in about 90 seconds with whether it is fundable, how it is likely to structure, and what a lender will want to see. Lender names are withheld on this page — what you get is the reasoning, not a list to shop.

If it is worth doing, you send it back to the broker who invited you, and to nobody else. Appetite does not take the deal, does not contact your client, and does not pass the scenario to any brokerage. There is no cost and nothing to sign.

The scenario
Write it as a situation, not a file. You do not need to name your client, and you should not: no field here asks for their identity and none is stored.
A read takes 90 to 150 seconds. No sign-up to run it.
The read
Residential This scenario reads as residential lending. It is shown in full, but a residential facility is regulated credit and belongs with a broker who holds the right accreditation and credit authority.
