Appetite.

Pricing

One plan. Everything in it.

There is no starter tier missing the useful parts, and no enterprise tier where the real product lives. A broking practice needs all of it, so all of it is the plan.

Founding brokers, seats 1 to 25

Free
for 90 days, then $199 a month plus GST, which is $218.90 including GST, for good.

The first 25 brokers get the platform free for 90 days. What we want in return is that you use it on real deals at least three days a week and tell us plainly what is wrong with it. That is a partnership rather than a discount, which is why it is the best deal anyone will ever get on this.

After the free period a founding broker pays $199 a month plus GST, a hundred and fifty below standard, and keeps that rate for as long as they stay subscribed, including through any future increase. No card to start, and nothing charges automatically when the 90 days end.

Early brokers, seats 26 to 50

$249
per month, plus GST, which is $273.90 including GST, held for good.

The next 25 brokers pay a hundred a month below standard and keep that rate for as long as they stay subscribed, including through any future increase. Same platform, same support, same everything: the only difference is that the founding 25 got there first.

There is no free period on an early seat. The demo lets you run a real deal end to end without an account or a card, which tells you more than a trial would.

Standard, seat 51 onwards

$349
per month, plus GST. $383.90 including GST.

Annual

$1,790
for a founding broker's first year, paid once, plus GST.

Available to founding brokers at the end of the free period. It is about nine months of the founding rate for twelve months of the platform, and it exists because early support deserves more than a thank you.

What it replaces

The arithmetic, honestly

These are ordinary market prices for the tools a commercial broking practice usually runs. Your own stack may be lighter or heavier.

What a practice usually runsMonthly, ex GST
CRM: contacts, pipeline, fact find, applications$60 to $180
Client document collection portal$40 to $90
Electronic signatures$30 to $80
Commission tracking and reconciliation$50 to $150
Review and renewal reminders$30 to $60
Appetite, all of it, plus the lender intelligence$349

The lender intelligence is the part that has no line above it, because nothing else on the market does it.

Questions

About the money

Is there a per-deal or per-scenario charge?

No. Run as many scenarios as you like on as many deals as you like. A pricing model that charges per use teaches you to use the tool less, which is the opposite of what we want.

Is it per user or per practice?

Per broker. A practice with three brokers writing deals needs three seats, because each broker's deals, clients and commissions are separated from the others by design.

What happens when the founding free period ends?

You choose. Continue at $199 a month plus GST, take the annual, or stop. Nothing charges automatically and nobody is opted in by silence.

Do early seats get a free period too?

No. The 90 days free belongs to the founding 25 alone, because they are the ones being asked to use it hard and tell us what is broken. An early seat gets the rate instead, $249 a month plus GST, held for as long as you stay subscribed.

What does "for good" actually mean?

Your rate survives anything short of cancelling or going 30 days unpaid after we have chased you about it. An expired card, a changed bank, a bad month: none of those cost you your rate. It also survives every future price rise, for as long as you stay subscribed.

What happens after the first 50 seats?

Standard pricing, $349 a month plus GST. There is no trial, because the demo already lets anyone run a real deal end to end without an account or a card, which tells you more than a trial would.

Is the CRM extra?

No. When it arrives in September 2026 it is part of the subscription at no additional cost, for every tier including founding and early. Using it is optional: a broker who already has a CRM they like should not be made to take a second one.

Do you take any part of my commission?

No, not a cent, and there is no arrangement under which we could. Appetite is a subscription and that is the whole commercial relationship.

Do lenders pay you?

No. Lenders pay nothing, for anything, ever. That is what lets the results be built on published policy alone.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, whenever you want, including after you cancel. It is your book.
